This role is key in maintaining accurate rate structures, supporting cost analysis, and optimizing freight strategies through collaboration with logistics partners such as carriers, customs brokers, 3PL/4PL providers, and internal departments including Finance and AP. The analyst will manage logistics data in ERP and TMS systems, lead freight rate audits, assist with RFQs, and maintain routing guides to ensure compliance with carrier agreements and improve cost efficiency across transportation lanes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in logistics and data analytics, along with strong technical skills in systems such as SAP, JDE, SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and Tableau. A Data Analyst certification and Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt are preferred. The role requires excellent Excel proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage large data sets while providing actionable insights.
